§ 3.92.090. Tax adjustments

Pursuant to and consistent with the requirements of RCW 82.02.060, the parks and recreation impact fee study have provided adjustments for future taxes to be paid by the new residential development which are earmarked or pro-ratable to the same new public park and recreation facilities which will serve the new development. The impact fee schedules in Attachment A have been reasonably adjusted for other tax revenue sources anticipated to be available to fund public park and recreation improvements.
