§ 5.32.020. Traveling show or exhibition—Bond

  • No person, firm or corporation shall in any manner engage in the business of a traveling theater, minstrel show, advertising show, athletic exhibition, or business of a similar character, under management from outside the city, traveling from place to place, and using professional talent in the city without first obtaining from the city clerk-treasurer a license so to do, and without depositing with the city clerk-treasurer a bond running to said city as provided in this chapter, unless said bond has been waived as provided in this chapter.
